Helsing , a defense AI company building autonomous drone systems and military AI for European sovereignty, is close to raising $1.2 billion in a new funding round at a valuation of approximately $18 billion. The round is expected to be led by Dragoneer and co-led by existing investor Lightspeed Venture Partners .
