Scope the next phase: five GitHub issues opened across specs, visualization, and the legacy bolt monolith
Why Care?
Until this point, augment-it's roadmap had been a moving target inside one
person's head. Writing it down as issues — even short ones — let the
collaborators see what's open, see what's been closed, and pick something up
without a sync.
Five issues went up in one sitting. Three of them ask for specs that don't
yet exist; one asks for a visualization of the workflow that lives outside
the codebase; one acknowledges the bolt-era monolith still needed to be
formally imported into the new structure.
What's New?
| # | Title | State |
| 1 | Engineering Review of All Specifications | OPEN |
| 2 | Build out a Field Populator Specification | OPEN |
| 3 | Build out a Highlight Collector specification | OPEN |
| 4 | Visualize the data augmentation workflow on The Lossless Site | OPEN |
| 5 | Import vibed Monolith from Bolt.new | CLOSED — the bolt code lives on archive/bolt-code and the analyses live under content/projects/Augment-It/Previous-Implementations/ |
Issue #5 closing the same week was the formal end of the bolt era — the
monolith preserved, its design memory captured in four analysis files
(
MainContainerUI-Analysis.md, PromptSection-Analysis.md,
APIProviderWidget-Analysis.md, HighlightCollector-Analysis.md), and the
rebuild fully on its own legs.Backfilled from git history and the GitHub issues list on 2026-05-12.
